Mixing

(^ at late April, there were always no people in sound lab at night. But when it comes to May, many student stayed here to finished their project at night.)

Mixing is a very important step in create music piece. A simple melody can be remixed into a totally different genre of songs. I spent most of the time in doing the mixing. As I don't have much experience in doing music, the combination and balance of the instrument in a song is one of the challenge for me in doing it. .

I normally do the recording and mixing at daytime at CMC's project room or sound lab and then review the output track at night in my room because I don't have the software in my notebook, so I write down all the mistakes and comments in a notebook everytime I review my songs. In the next day, I would make changes by using the computer in CMC according to my notes. ( same schedule loops everyday).
