Meeting with advisor part 3

I asked for an urgent meeting in 9/5 with my adviser Charles as one of my logic file crashed. Luckily, Charles helped me to recover the file by opening a new file and transfer the old data into the new package. I could totally have all the data back (include the aux send setup) in the recovery file. It was so lucky that I could get the file back as I've tried to redo the file but the outcome is not as good as before.

Also, I've asked Charles about the mixing problem. Originally, I put a compressor in the master track to do the final compression of the whole song. In the meeting, Charles introduced me the "Multi compreesor". It works similar to single- band compressor but it can control the compression in different frequency separately which is a convenience plug-in for mastering.

Another very important thing I learnt through the meeting is that it is better to have a bass that can followed by the drum if I want to use the drummer track in Logic pro.

Finally, Charles has mentioned that I have to mix track by track in the final stage to ensure the mixing of each track as Logic pro x always adding auto- effect for the instrument track.
